The Fountain of Silence
From the Belvedere of Ruffella to the Spring of Blessed Ugolino
Comfortable and very scenic route, with wide views of Lake Fiastra and the Sibillini mountains that border the Fiastrone valley. The route starts from the village of Portola and leads to the source of Blessed Ugolino, to the small church dedicated to him. Impassable, wild and silent places chosen by the Blessed to retreat in prayer and meditation.
